New Vista Real Estate and Investment Company is a fully licensed residential and commercial real estate company. We specialize in personal attention to our friends seeking residential and/or commercial sites. New Vista Real Estate also is in the land development business. We create increased value in raw land, underdeveloped properties and will build structures for lease or sale. Phil White and Dan Bjugstad are the two principals of the company and are currently the developers of the Brownstones at Prestwick Village in the Lowell Neighborhood. Phase I is SOLD OUT and Phase II has only 1 unit left. Phase III with six additional units is in the works. New Vista is a small company with a large vision.
